Nureva's HDL Pro Series Goes Zoom Room Official

By

Zoom's rise in the past half decade or so has transformed it into a global video communication powerhouse. With 350 million daily meeting participants and over 220,000 enterprise customers, the need for smooth remote collaboration has never been greater.

However, this growth has exposed a gap in equipping large meeting spaces with effective audio solutions.

Traditional options fall short on both ends of the spectrum. Off-the-shelf, plug-and-play audio systems - designed mainly for huddle rooms - lack the power and range to handle the acoustics of larger spaces. Voices become muffled, background noise creeps in, and the entire meeting experience suffers. On the other hand, professional AV systems, while they do have impressive audio capabilities, come with a hefty price tag and require specialized installation and ongoing maintenance. This complexity makes them a non-starter for many organizations seeking a more cost-effective approach.

The challenge lies in finding a middle ground, an audio solution that delivers crystal-clear communication in expansive environments without the exorbitant costs or nightmarish setup of traditional pro AV systems.

Nureva’s HDL pro series audio systems, now certified by Zoom, address these challenges and provide uncompromised performance in large and extra-large spaces in a plug-and-play solution that is easy to deploy and manage at scale.

Nureva takes the hassle out of equipping conference rooms and classrooms with enhanced audio. Nureva's technology differentiates itself with automatic adjustments, background noise cancellation and focused volume control to guarantee a crystal-clear audio experience for everyone, even remote participants.

Nureva’s product line offers various solutions that include the HDL310 and HDL410 audio conferencing systems, which deliver pro AV performance in large and extra-large rooms without the cost and complexity associated with traditional pro AV solutions.

As mentioned, the systems are now certified by Zoom for a combination of audio performance and Zoom Room functionality. This includes directional audio capability, integrated call control and automatic device registration.

As USB devices, the HDL pro series systems are more easily incorporated into the design of virtually any larger Zoom-enabled space, including classrooms, boardrooms and training spaces. The systems combine one or two wall-mounted microphone and speaker bars with a small connect module to cover spaces up to 35 feet by 55 feet. They can be installed in under an hour and auto-calibrate to the acoustic properties of the room at initial start-up and continuously thereafter.

The setup is made possible by Nureva’s patented Microphone Mist technology, which fills a room with thousands of virtual microphones to deliver the audio pickup and clarity required for an inclusive meeting experience regardless of where participants are located or facing. Monitoring and management of the systems is quick and easy with Nureva Console, a secure, cloud-based platform.

“The demand to outfit large numbers of Zoom-enabled spaces continues to grow as remote collaboration becomes the norm across a broad range of meeting and learning use cases,” said Nancy Knowlton, Nureva’s CEO. “With this certification, we are excited to offer IT professionals a streamlined and cost-effective option for deploying Zoom-certified audio in larger spaces where traditional solutions are often costly and complex to set up and maintain.”

Nureva also has ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification. Paired with Zoom Room certification, this gives IT professionals the confidence that Nureva products deliver a high standard of performance, integration and security.
